I contracted R.A.G.S. to repair my roof in conjunction with my newly purchased home in the V.O.C. The work began a week earlier than expected due to a cancellation which was more than fine with me. The crew showed up as promised and began the project. As with most jobs of this scope, it took a bit longer than expected, but I was kept apprised with daily updates. Additionally, the skylights were found to be worn and one was cracked. With that info, I elected to replace those, too, but without that valuable input additional repairs in the near future would have been necessary at an even greater cost. All in all, R.A.G.S. completed the job in an exemplary manner. Communication was excellent and the crew was courteous, efficient, and maintained a clean work site. I couldn't have asked for more!
